Super enjoyable Champagne from Eric Rodez "cuvée des Grands Vintages" - extremely fully bodied with ripe and crispy apple, honey, and some level of pear on the nose; on the palate, delicious apple juice, lemon, sweet spices and fresh orange peel.
It’s bone dry but it “tricks”your mind thinking it’s sweet due to its high acidity, viscosity, body and fruity flavours.
This champagne has one of the longest lengths I have ever tasted.... truly blown away!
